LyonsAI ("LyonsAI," "we," "us," or "our") operates GodPass, a free spiritual wellbeing web application available at godpass.lyonsai.com ("GodPass" or the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use the Service.

Information We Collect

• Sign-in information: GodPass does not use passwords. You sign in with either your email address, to which we send a one-time sign-in link, or your US or Canadian mobile number, to which we send a one-time sign-in code by text message. We store the email address or mobile number you use to sign in.
• Profile information: You may choose to provide details such as a preferred name, a mobile number, and personal reflections or preferences that we use to personalize your experience.
• Content you create: We store the prompts you submit and the content you create or save in the Service, such as AI-generated reflections, prayers, stories, images, goals, check-ins, favorites, and messages exchanged with a mentor or protégé.
• Security information: When you request a text message sign-in code, we store the code only in a protected (cryptographically hashed) form, along with the request time and your IP address, to verify sign-in and prevent abuse.
• Technical and usage information: Our hosting infrastructure records technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and error diagnostics to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide the Service: to sign you in, store your content, and operate GodPass features.
• To generate AI responses: when you use AI features, your prompts and relevant profile details are sent to Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service to generate responses, images, or audio.
• To communicate with you: to send sign-in links, sign-in codes, and important notices about the Service. We do not send marketing text messages.
• To keep the Service secure: to prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access, including by rate-limiting sign-in requests.
• For legal and compliance purposes: to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.

Text Messages

If you sign in with a mobile number, we use it only to send the one-time sign-in codes you request. We send one message per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms for details.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of information described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share information only as follows:

• With service providers: companies that operate parts of the Service on our behalf and may use your information only to provide those services to us, including Microsoft Azure (hosting, database, file storage, and AI processing) and Infobip (delivery of sign-in emails and text messages).
• With other users, at your direction: for example, content you choose to share by link, or messages you send to a mentor or protégé.
• For legal and compliance reasons: if required by law or in response to a valid legal request, such as a subpoena or court order.
• In connection with a business transfer: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

We keep your account information and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Sign-in links and codes expire shortly after they are issued. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or de-identify your information unless we must keep it to comply with legal obligations.

Your Choices and Rights

You may update your profile information in the Service at any time. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information or account, email us at justin@lyonsai.com. You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, passwordless sign-in, and access controls on our infrastructure. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

International Users

The Service is operated in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States. Data protection laws in the United States may differ from those of your country of residence. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer and processing.

California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, correct, and delete personal information.
