Welcome to GodPass, a free spiritual wellbeing web application available at godpass.lyonsai.com and operated by LyonsAI ("LyonsAI," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GodPass (the "Service").

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Eligibility

Accounts and Sign-In

GodPass uses passwordless sign-in. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address or a one-time code sent by text message to your US or Canadian mobile number. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account and mobile phone secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at justin@lyonsai.com of any unauthorized use.

Text Messaging

If you sign in with a mobile number, you agree to receive one-time sign-in codes by text message. Text messaging is governed by our SMS Terms. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Free Service

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

AI-Generated Content

GodPass uses artificial intelligence to generate reflections, prayers, stories, images, audio, and other content. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate, and it does not represent the views of any religious tradition or authority. It is provided for personal reflection only and is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not rely on the Service in an emergency. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the US and Canada) or call 911.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to and create with the Service ("User Content"). You grant LyonsAI a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, including sharing content with others when you choose to share it. You are responsible for your User Content and represent that it does not violate the rights of any third party or any law.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its features, design, text, graphics, logos, and software, excluding User Content, are owned by LyonsAI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or harm any person.
• Submit or generate unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
• Use bots, scripts, or other automated means to access the Service, or request sign-in links or codes for email addresses or phone numbers that you do not own or control.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LyonsAI and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and SMS Terms, are the entire agreement between you and LyonsAI regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
